Owner Evan Douglas founded the company in 2012 after earning his state-certified Florida Builder’s License (CBC1256621) and pursuing his lifelong passion for construction. From an early age, Evan worked alongside his grandfather, developing the skills and work ethics that still guide the company today.

Today, Evan works side-by-side with his daughter, continuing a multi-generational tradition of hands-on craftsmanship and dedication. This strong family involvement ensures every project is treated with care, honesty, and attention to detail just like we would for our own home.

Evan Douglas

Owner & Founder

Evan Douglas is the owner of Evan Douglas Construction, a family-centered business built on integrity, craftsmanship, and a passion for bringing visions to life. A lifelong resident of Bradford County, Evan developed his love for building at a young age while working alongside his grandfather, learning the skills and work ethics that still guide him today. After gaining experience across multiple areas of construction and spending 10 years in the corporate world, Evan pursued his true passion and founded Evan Douglas Construction in 2012 after earning his state-certified Builder’s License. Married to his wife for 30 years, Evan is also a proud father of four. Today, his daughter works alongside him, continuing the family tradition of hard work, dedication, and excellence. With extensive experience in residential and commercial general contracting, Evan takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and treating every project like it’s for his own family.

Caraline

Operations & Project Management

Caraline’s connection to the construction industry began early, growing up watching her father’s work. She pursued her education and earned a degree in Elementary and Deaf Education, while continuing to stay involved in the family business during her summer breaks. Each year, she operated heavy machinery and gained consistent, hands-on experience in the field. After a few years of teaching, Caraline chose to transition back into construction, where she now works alongside her father and remains an active part of the family business.
